1. What we provide
SeenSure checks whether AI crawlers can reach and read the websites you tell us to watch, and notifies you when that appears to change.
2. What you agree to
- You will only add domains you own or are authorised to manage. We require proof of control before continuous monitoring begins.
- You will not use SeenSure to overload or disrupt any website, including your own.
- You will not resell raw access to our checking service, though you are very welcome to include our reports in work you do for clients.
- One account per person or organisation. Do not share login links.
3. Honest limits on what we can tell you
This matters more here than in most terms, so we will be blunt. Some website protection services verify a crawler's true identity in ways no outside tool can imitate. Where that happens we label the result as unconfirmed, and you should treat it that way.
Our findings are evidence, not certainty. Decisions about your infrastructure remain yours. We are not liable for lost traffic, lost rankings, lost revenue, or lost AI citations.
4. Payment
- Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe.
- Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- We do not automatically refund part-months, but if something has gone wrong, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue.
- If a price changes, existing customers get at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. Availability
We aim to run continuously but do not promise a specific uptime figure on any plan. If checks stop running for an extended period, tell us and we will credit your account.
6. Ending things
You can delete your account at any moment, which removes your data immediately. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why unless doing so would be unlawful.
7. Changes
If we change these terms materially, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use SeenSure after that means you accept the new version.
