Do I need to install anything on the sites I watch?
No. Every check runs from the outside, exactly the way a real AI crawler would visit. You add a domain and we start watching it. The only optional extra is verified-visit tracking on Pro and above, which needs one small snippet.
Will this send me a stream of pointless alerts?
No — that is the fastest way to get a monitoring tool switched off. We only email when something actually changes, we retry before reporting a failure, and when a CDN makes a result genuinely uncertain we say so instead of raising an alarm.
What happens if a brand new AI crawler appears?
We add it for everybody, usually within a few days. You do not have to track any of this yourself.
Can I put my own branding on the reports?
On Pro you get client-ready PDF reports. On Agency they carry your logo instead of ours.
What do you store about me?
